See those building blocks above? Well, I've just completed my first draft of an article I've posted on this site that
uses the buiilding block approach towards building an online business. I'm still revising and revamping and adding to it,
but if you're keen enough to have read this, then go check it out. Just remember, it's still in the development stages. It's
called Step by Step.
JUST ADDED - Free Download Page. A small library of free e-books that can help you find ways to make money on the intertnet.

These are the Building Blocks for building a supplemental
retirement income on the Internet.
- Finding and working with a winning Company
- Being willing to invest some Money in marketing
- Staying in consistent Action every week
- Finding and talking to enough Prospects
- Learning the necessary business-building Skills
This is not going to be a membership site, or a "pay to enter" type of site. I will make a little off some
of the affiliate sales scattered throughout, but mainly I want to just let you know of the things I find out about that might
help you in your quest to make some supplemental income. So let's go fishin' together. 1. Find
a good turn-key, reproduceable system. 2. Make sure their system is fully automated. 3. If it is
an MLM, look to see if they use a forced matrix. 4. Make sure they have a reuseable product that is relevant
to today's boomers. 5. Ensure they have an equitable compensation plan. 6. Really make sure they have
a lot, and I mean a lot, of promotional tools so you don't have to write your own copy. 7. And take advantage
of all their training materials. Make sure it is extensive. 8. Market the hell out of it - that's what you're
there for. That's where List Builders, articles, forum signiture lines, blogs and blog comments, and such come into play. 9.
And once you do start getting a downline, stay in contact with them. Nothing says it better than "Thank You." Dick

Long Term, Leveraged, Residual Income ...... Trading Time for Money ..... On Automatic Pilot ..... That's What We're Talking
About!
I am going to be doing a massive overhaul of this site in the very near future
(Fall, 2010), so if you'd like to be notified when it's complete, sign up. I plan on restructuring the overall content, and
explaining the facets of making money online in a more logical, step-by-step approach, something even I would be able to use.
So sign on now, and I'll keep you posted.
In the meantime, let
me share with you a really succinct yet value packed group of ebooks I put together about Internet Marketing. It's called
"The Ebook Library" and it contains 7 special reports specifically for Internet Marketers. You get all 7 free if
you sign up for my mailing list. To see a list of the ebooks, CLICK HERE.

You may be retired, but you're not yet ready to quit, if you know what I mean. Plus, having some supplemental income would
be extremely nice. Might pay for that Bass fishing boat you've had your eye on.
But what you don't want to do is get involved in something that takes all your time, and won't even allow you to go fishing.
That's where starting your own passive internet business comes into play. The reason I say passive is because once it's
set up, it runs more or less by itself, and you can go fishing.
This website is no longer in its infancy, and is constantly being updated. So what I want to do is provide you all sorts
of great ideas to start your own internet business, ideas that have been personally screened by me, and that are, for the
most part, of the "set and forget" variety.
If this sounds interesting, and you'd like to be kept abreast as I build and expand this site, join my opt-in
mailing list using the form above. I promise I won't bombard you with stuff, only things I feel you might like to take advantage
once I add them to the site.
Just to get you to opt-in, how about a freebie? After you register, I'll let you know what it is and how to get it.
Hi Dick, I took a look at your website. I think it is great that you are putting together a post retirement
site together. I am in the insurance business and I do a lot of work with Long Term Care Planning and Estate Planning.
But that is my boring job during the day.
If you are interested, I may have a set and forget program (as you
called it) that would fit nicely into your Internet Retirement System site.
Take a look at it: http://www.myberrytree.com/bt65394 ..

What Say You, Dick,
It's about time somebody put together a site for us retired folks looking for a way to make some extra coin. You've
got a lot of goods ideas documented here, and I plan n taking you up on a couple of them.
Thanks for doing this .......
Ian Mathew
Hats off to you my friend,
This is one of the most information packed web sites about residual income programs I have ever come across.
You've done a good job of ferreting out legimate income producing projects and opportunities.
I have noticed where you dump programs that don't work, and added those that do. Kudos. Just keep up the good work.

Here are the key ingredients that you are going to need to build a successful passive program:
I have just updated the Recommended Courses page with some of the best courses for Internet Marketing I have found to
date. They help you build the basics, from the ground up, and I highly recommend them.
A Good Program. I've come up with 3 that I like so far, and each pass my criteria for "set and forget." I'm a member of each, which
is why I can highly recommend them. Check them out for yourself, and see if they meet your criteria.
Ways to Market that Program. This usually involves several different things, but I like using the list builder sites. Jump HERE to see my recommendations. All are free to join, but it's in the upgrades where the real power is. There's also PPC (a whole
different subject), buying your own leads, blog posts, forum posts, signiture lines, article writing, classified ads, and
a whole raft of other ways, a veritible plethora of them. But, like I said, I really like the List Builder sites to get my marketing message out.
What to Say. Using my List Builder method, you're gonna hafta send out copy to promote your chosen
program. Don't try and write your own material unless you're an accomplished copywriter. Use the programs' suggested email
copy. It's usually in their back office under Marketing Tips or somesuch. Just look around.
Building Your Own Opt-in List. All these programs use splash pages to capture opt-in information (name, email address), but they (the company)
get to keep it. If you'd like to capture your own opt-in info, you'll need to build your own splash page and opt-in capture
box, better known as a landing page. That requires a website (duh!) and (dah-dah!) an Autoresponder. That's
how you build your OWN list, through Autoresponders. I've compiled a list of my favorites, so check my recomendations.
Also, Autoresponders let you automate your communications with your opt-in lists. Dick's Recommended Autpresponders.
There's a free e-book I'd like to pass along to you right now. It's by Ann Seig, and it's called the " The 7 great Lies of Network Marketing," and it is well worth your while to download it and read it right now. It will explode your pre-conceived notions about
Network Marketing, and give you some real insights on things you'll have to know before you can proceed. So I highly recommend
you do that right now - before you proceed any further. Ann Seig's " The 7 great Lies of Network Marketing," and I'm giving it you free.
Web Hosting. It's not a requirement that you have your own web site, you can always blog, but if you're going to collect Opt-in
names, sell your own product, or be a super affiliate for several products, then you'll most certaintly have to have one.
I've built up some recommendations for my web hosting favorites. And, they're oriented towards Internet Marketing. ( Dick's Recommended Hosting Sites).
However, there is one hosting and development site that does it all, and it's called Site Build It or SBI! That's who I highly recommend, and it's also one of my Hot Favorites. Following their step-by-step approach almost guarantees success. You owe it to yourself to investigate further. >>>>>
Site Build It! <<<<< for those who really want to work from home.
And for the WAHM's, I've got another free ebook, just for you. Go here to get your copy and find out what a WAHM is >>>
The WAHM Free EBook <<<.
As for a domain name and registering that name, I've got another resource for you to check out - my sister site: Your Website Online.Com.
Just to get started, all you really need is a program and a way to market that plan (the first 3 points). You can
build on the other stuff later, once you get the first 3 down.
