Basically, there are 4 options to consider.

Option 1 - The Flat Rate Deal:

Under this, the simplest of the 4, the cost is $125, and I'll do the posting to my web server space, then let you know where it is. You do the Domain registration and pay those fees directly yourself. However, once you resume is posted, I'll set up the forwarding on your new domain and do the maintenance upgrades since you're using my server space. Subsequent maintenance is $40 an hour billed in 30 minute increments.

Option 2 - The Flat Rate Deal using Your Web Server Space:

Under this option, also a flat $125, you still do all the registration work, but you opt for web server capability when you register your domain name (Domain Direct calls it a web identity account). It's more cost to you (about $80 for a 1 year subscription), but is a lot more flexible. You'll have to tell me your account login and password for me to be able to post your resume. But basically, it's your domain web space. Also, once you're up and running, there's really no need for me to maintain your resume since you'll have complete access and control over it.

Option 3 - The Comprehensive Hosting Deal:

This is the $225 option wherein I do all your Domain registrations, set up Domain Forwarding and "masking," post your resume to my web server space, and do whatever follow-up maintenance is required. The first 15 calendar days after completion and mutually agreeable signoff is part of the package. After that, any maintenance is billed at $40 an hour billed in 30 minute increments. Also, I'll have to bill you for all Domain registration fees because that domain will belong to you once we're finished.

Option 4 - The Comprehensive Inclusive Deal:

This is probably the best deal yet. Like Option 3, it also only costs a $225 flat fee. But we will also have to incorporate Domain registration fees, wherein we'll set you up on your own web server space (not mine). Like Option 2, you'll be able to maintain changes to your resume yourself without any help from me. With this deal you'll get at least 25MB of server space, web building tools, along with a veritable plethora of other goodies too numerous to mention, for about ~$80 for a 1 year registration. We use Domain Direct as our registrar.

What are the Differences?

In terms of fees, under options 1 & 2, you pay all the domain registration fees, etc., and then pay me the flat rate of $125 for posting your resume. Under options 3 & 4, I pay all the registration fees and bill you back for them, in addition to my rate $225 flat fee.

Under options 1 and 3, I'll host your actual resume on my web server space. Your domain registration fees are a lot lower (Domain Direct calls it a Personal Identity Account), but I'll have to maintain any updates to your resume at $40 an hour. That's the downside.

Under options 2 and 4, we register your domain name and set you up with your own web server space and account (usually 25 MB). Although more expensive (at last glance, Domain Direct was ~$80 for a 1 year registration), you'd be able to maintain your own website yourself using their web building tools (no knowledge of HTML required).
